Bench Testing Services

Leveraging the MDS and Nexgen experience base in UHPRO and their test benches, High Bar can provide extensive bench testing, real time chemical analysis and membrane evaluation on flat sheet, 2”, 4” and 8” full flow testing and comprehensive process analysis. Testing can be run on samples taken at site, or using simulated samples created by the MDS team.

The 8” test bench allows us to fully validate our membrane designs and performance assumptions at pressures ranging from 300 to 1800 psi.

Larger pilot scale 4” systems can be provided as required, to bridge the gap between the bench scale test and full system order.
